A home office that hurts is usually failing at one of four heights: the desk, the screen, the seat and the light. Nobody notices any of them on day one. They show up as a sore neck at week three, and by then most people blame the chair, which is often the only part that was set correctly. A sit-stand desk is only as good as the top of its range
